Cancellation Policy
When a Sit In Park order can be cancelled and how to contact support.
Request cancellation promptly
Email [email protected] with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will check the order status and reply with the available resolution.
When cancellation is possible
We can usually cancel a new, unpaid order before it expires or before fulfilment begins. For a VietQR order, reporting a transfer is not confirmation; an administrator must verify the payment. Once payment is verified, an order has been dispatched, or a third-party payment flow has completed, cancellation may require a refund or return review instead.
Refund after cancellation
If cancellation is accepted after funds were received, the refund is sent through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. See the Return & Refund Policy for damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.
