Delivery from Vietnam

Products are sourced, packed, and dispatched from Vietnam. The countries available for a specific order are the countries shown by our server-side checkout configuration; checkout is the final source of truth.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 3 business days. We will contact you if an item needs more time.

Transit

International delivery often takes about 15–30 business days after dispatch. Customs, holidays, and local carriers can extend this estimate.

Tracking

When available, tracking details are sent to the email on the order after dispatch.

Rates and checkout total

Shipping rates are calculated from the destination, selected method, package weight, and the current shipping configuration. The selected shipping cost and order total are shown before the order is created. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after checkout.

Customs and import restrictions

The recipient is responsible for checking local import rules and for customs duties, taxes, or carrier charges imposed after dispatch. Some products may be unavailable for a destination even when the destination appears in a general country list. We do not ship to destinations blocked by our compliance configuration, including currently restricted high-risk jurisdictions and territories.

Address, delay, loss, or damage

Check the recipient name, phone number, address, and postal code before submitting an order. Contact [email protected] promptly for an address error, missing parcel, damage, or delivery delay. Keep packaging, photos, and tracking records so we can investigate with the carrier.

Payment methods

Available payment methods are displayed by checkout and may depend on the delivery country and order. International checkout currently offers card payment through Stripe and cryptocurrency through a third-party payment page; Vietnam delivery currently offers VietQR bank transfer. Provider availability can depend on the delivery destination, and checkout shows the methods available for each order.
