Terms and Conditions

1. Seller and contact

Sit In Park is the consumer-facing brand of SIXMD LLC. Products are sourced, packed, and fulfilled from Vietnam. Contact: [email protected].

2. Products and product information

We describe products using information available from packaging, suppliers, and brand materials. Product pages are not medical advice and do not promise to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure a disease. Follow the product label, check ingredients and local rules, and ask a qualified professional when appropriate. We may pause or decline a product when authenticity, safety, export, import, or payment supportability cannot be verified.

3. Prices and totals

The current product prices, discounts, shipping cost, currency, and total are calculated from server-side catalog and shipping data and shown before order creation. Prices may change before an order is submitted. Duties, taxes, or carrier charges imposed by a destination may be payable by the recipient unless the checkout explicitly says otherwise.

Current promotion: enter code VIETNAM for 8% off the product subtotal. It is valid through 23:59 UTC on 1 February 2027; shipping is not discounted. Checkout validates the code and shows the final discount.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order creates a pending order request. Payment is not confirmed until the selected payment provider or an administrator verifies it. Available payment methods depend on the delivery country and checkout configuration. Do not submit payment credentials, wallet keys, or banking passwords to support.

• you are legally able to place the order;
• your delivery details are complete and accurate;
• you are authorized to use the selected payment method; and
• the product and destination are lawful and eligible for import.

5. Delivery

Products are dispatched from Vietnam. We show available shipping methods and the calculated shipping cost at checkout. Processing is normally within 3 business days; international delivery often takes about 15–30 business days after dispatch, but customs and local-carrier events can cause longer delays. 6. Cancellation, returns, and refunds

A cancellation request must be sent promptly and is accepted only while the order is still cancellable. Returns, damaged parcels, wrong items, and refunds follow the Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these policies.

7. Restricted destinations and compliance

We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order when the destination, product, payment, customer, or transaction creates a legal, sanctions, export, import, fraud, or payment-network risk. Our server checks the address before quoting shipping and creating an order.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new review date. The version displayed when an order is submitted governs that order, subject to mandatory law.
