Sit In Park is the consumer-facing brand of SIXMD LLC. Products are sourced, packed, and fulfilled from Vietnam. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to accept, fulfil, support, and document an order: name, email, phone, delivery address, order contents, customer messages, and payment status or transaction reference. We do not ask for wallet private keys, online-banking passwords, or unnecessary identity documents through the storefront.

Standard security and analytics logs may include IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, and cookie preferences.

3. How we use information

  • to calculate and fulfil an order, shipping method, and customer support request;
  • to send payment, order, dispatch, and service messages;
  • to prevent abuse, fraud, duplicate orders, and restricted-destination shipments;

  • to improve the store where you have consented to optional analytics or marketing.

4. Service providers

Payment pages and payment processors receive the information needed to process a selected payment method. Carriers and local delivery partners receive the name, address, phone number, and shipment details needed to deliver. We disclose the provider shown in the relevant checkout or payment flow; provider privacy terms also apply.

Essential storage supports sessions and the cart. Optional tools may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft UET, or customer-support chat. You can choose essential-only storage through the privacy controls shown on the site.

6. Retention and rights

We retain order and support records for as long as necessary for fulfilment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
