What is in each tea bag

Every 2g bag contains 1.7g of artichoke (Cynara scolymus). Stevia and cassia seed complete the blend: stevia adds a soft sweetness, while cassia seed rounds out the herb-forward flavour. It is a simple tea to drink hot, with sugar added only if that is how you enjoy it.

How to brew it

Steep one tea bag in 150–200ml of boiling water for 3–5 minutes. For a lighter cup, use a shorter steep; for a deeper artichoke note, give it the full five minutes. Add sugar to taste if desired.
