Me Trang Ocean Blue Ground Coffee - 500g

Mê Trang Ocean Blue is a signature Vietnamese ground coffee created around the coffee-drinking style of Nha Trang. The blend combines Arabica and Robusta for a full-bodied cup with strong aroma, gentle bitterness and enough intensity to stay flavorful when served over ice. Mê Trang also adds natural and artificial coffee flavouring to the blend.

How to brew with a phin

Add around 25g of ground coffee to a Vietnamese phin filter. Pour about 20ml of boiling water over the grounds and allow them to bloom briefly. Then add approximately 45ml more hot water and let the coffee drip through.

Enjoy black or add condensed milk, sugar and ice to taste.
